The benefits of Maximum Power Point Tracking can now be put to use in PV lighting systems simply by downloading our free SunSaver MPPT software from our website.  This new software will add automatic lighting control to the SunSaver MPPT including the following features:

• Turns light on at night and off after user-specified run time
• To save energy, turns light off in the middle of the night and on again before sunrise (on-off-on)
• Fully adjustable:  light running time, PV "trip" voltage to determine day and night, and other operating parameters
• Run load during the day and off at night (for water irrigation and other day time loads)
• Up to 4 programmable timer sequences allow for more sophisticated load control
