Live View 2.0 Has Launched!

Morningstar’s Live View 2.0 is our integrated web app served locally from all Integrated Series products. It provides a high level system dashboard, battery, configuration options, system control scheduling and Ready Block setup using any web browser on any device.

Before working at Morningstar, Ariana Clealand graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In college, she became interested in programming and embedded systems after working at her university’s Mixed-Signal and Integrated Circuits Lab. There, she programmed FPGAs to work as image noise generators and filters to better understand how to implement stronger protections for signals in various devices such as smart cars. Now at Morningstar, she works on the software team implementing features to meet the needs of our customers around the world.

Ariana has lived in a total of 4 different states: Georgia, California, Ohio, and now Maryland, and frequently travels to Jamaica to visit extended family. Her hobbies include baking, video games, and drawing.

The Electrical Test Engineer – HYBRID will work with our current design and test team for both New Product Development, Sustaining Engineering, and Manufacturing Support functions. The experienced electronic testing technician will safely and accurately perform a variety of inspecting, testing, manufacturer warranty and modification support.

The Application Engineer – HYBRID will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and application support to potential and existing customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in solar energy systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

As a Technical Copywriter – HYBRID, you will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and marketing professionals to gather technical information and translate it into compelling, customer-focused content. Your work will play a critical role in educating our customers, enhancing our brand, and driving the adoption of our products and solutions.

In our Newtown, Pennsylvania office, we are seeking a Senior Accountant – Manufacturing – HYBRID. This role, ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented individual, is not only pivotal in managing our day-to-day accounting operations but also specializes in production planning and inventory management, ensuring our operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

We are also seeking an innovative leader in our Newtown location who is adept in managing OEM, B2B sales, and partner channel strategies. With direct oversight of our revenue strategy, the Sales Manager-HYBRID is critical for steering our financial growth and sustainability. Responsibilities include setting ambitious company goals, fostering robust partnerships with internal leaders, and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.

Making New York Safer

Unfortunately, between climate issues and denser populations in at-risk, prone areas, flooding is developing into an immense safety and economic challenge this century. Through a pilot program underway in the Brooklyn Navy Yard utilizing a Morningstar SunSaver MPPT, solar design firm Voltaic Systems is working with NYC’s FloodNet cooperative to potentially bring greater security to neighborhoods throughout the metropolitan area. Read the full case study here.
