New Data Connectivity and New Battery Support!

The latest update for the GenStar MPPT will help you get more connected!  In addition to SNMP v2C, we’ve added support for SNMP v3 as well, for sites requiring enhanced security.  We’re introducing new closed loop support for Deka Duration and Weco batteries and we’ve improved the remote configuration abilities of the GenStar to ensure more reliable site uptime when remotely changing system settings.

EasyWeb Digital announced the activation of eight new Community WiFi Hubs in four remote Indigenous communities in the Central Desert Region of the Northern Territory, Australia. With Morningstar components on board, the Hubs now provide public WiFi coverage to the Nturiya, Wilora, Pmara 6 Mile, and Mulga Bore communities.

These systems are 100% autonomous, highly resilient, and implement carrier-grade infrastructure. They are the cornerstone of EasyWeb’s solution for data starved Indigenous communities.

We will be in Munich Germany for Intersolar Europe on May 7-9th in Booth B4.135 as the world’s leading exhibition for the solar industry showcases the latest innovations, trends, and business model.

Next stop is Houston, Texas in Booth #3207 at the Offshore Technology Conference-OTC from May 5-8th. Energy professionals from around the world share ideas and innovations, discuss, debate, and build consensus around the most pressing topics facing the offshore energy sector, whether it’s oil and gas, solar, wind, hydrogen, or other marine resources.

The Morningstar team attended MINExchange 2025 in Denver Colorado along with SunWize Power & Battery staff members Corbin Krecklow and Joey Cusic. The team provided experience and expertise to visitors in identifying, qualifying and integrating the right components into their critical mining operation systems.

In the first week of March, Morningstar exhibited at ATSSA – the American Traffic Safety Services Association’s Expo in Orlando, Florida in coordination with SFC Energy and their team members Dustin Hullman and Andy Johnson. The team demonstrated how off grid systems offer trouble-free operation in remote, inaccessible locations and enclosures—the ideal powering safety net for the most sensitive and critical traffic & signaling systems.

Meet Patrick Juelich

Patrick is an Account Manager at Morningstar, bringing over 15 years of experience in developing and maintaining sales and order fulfillment. He is an expert in the concrete construction and railroad industries and experienced with product manufacturing. He is responsible for business development, driving growth and profit with current clients, and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Morningstar looks forward to many years of benefiting from his diverse background. In his free time, Patrick enjoys skiing, fishing, biking and discovering music both new and old.
