24 Volt PWM vs 24 Volt MPPT: What’s the difference?

When PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controllers are deployed, the array output voltage is ‘pulled down’ to the battery voltage. 24 Volt PWM charge controllers are typically recommended for smaller systems than similarly rated MPPT controllers.
